Triage app

Based on currently 7th ed of Korean CDC guideline for COVID-19 patient triage.

1. Scoring system if pulse, blood pressure, respiratory rate, body temperature, and consciousness can be checked

   

   

2. If the above measurements are not available

   

3. Below patients are classified as 'severe'

   • Age ≥ 65
   • Chronic underlying disease : diabetes, chronic kidney disease (CKD), chronic lung disease, chronic heart disease, hematologic malignancy, patients under chemo, immunesuppressed patients, HIV patients
   • SpO2 < 90 under room air (in need of O2 therapy)

4. Patients in need of facility with special abilities

   • Highly obese
   • Pregnant
   • Dialysis patients
   • Transplant patients
